This is a permanent role starting in September 2025, offering the opportunity to deliver outstanding teaching across KS3 and KS4—and KS5, if you have the experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated Maths lessons
  • Assess, monitor, and support student progress and attainment
  • Contribute to curriculum planning and subject development

  • Support whole-school strategies and participate in enrichment activities
  • Collaborate with colleagues and take part in regular CPD

Qualifications and Experience

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • A degree in Mathematics or a closely related subject
  • Experience teaching Maths in a secondary setting
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • A positive, reflective, and team-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to take part in school-wide initiatives
